Constitution and Bylaws Amendments for Consideration

Phi Sigma Sigma's bylaws committee is now accepting Fraternity Constitution and Bylaws amendments for consideration during the Plenary session at Convention 2022. Click here for more information about the constitution and bylaws process.

Please note, this process is for amendments to the international Fraternity Constitution and Bylaws, not individual chapter constitutions.

The 2019 Fraternity Constitution and Bylaws can be downloaded, here. If you have a constitution or bylaws amendment for consideration, please initiate the process by signing up, here, for a consultation call with representatives of the bylaws committee. On the call, the committee will provide further information and guidance on how to submit amendments for consideration in an effort to provide greater transparency and education regarding the amendment process.

All amendments for consideration are due by Monday, January 24, 2022. The bylaws committee will review and submit proposed amendments to Supreme Council for approval and share proposed amendments with the electorate by April 15, 2022.
