ARE YOU RECEIVING OUR EMAILS?
Phi Sigma Sigma's primary method of communication is email. As an organization focused on preparing members with life skills that translate to the professional world and life after college, we feel it is important that all members understand and practice the art of professional communication via email.
Double check you are receiving all of our emails to ensure you don't miss any important updates. Not seeing any emails from phisighq@phisigmasigma.org in your inbox? Use the tips and tricks below to help troubleshoot.
01
CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE
Double check the email address listed on your Phi Sigma Sigma account. A small typo, an extra space or forgetting to add .com will stop emails from successfully reaching your inbox. You can check or update your email address by logging into your Phi Sigma Sigma account and selecting "My Profile."

Changing your email address under "My Profile" does NOT change your login credentials.
02
SEARCH YOUR INBOX
Search your inbox for any emails from Phi Sigma Sigma. The majority of our emails come from phisighq@phisigmasigma.org, but some of our automated reminders come from imis@phisigmasigma.org. Search for both of these email addresses in your inbox and junk folders. If you find them in your junk folder, make sure to mark the sender as safe and redirect them to your inbox.
03
WHITELIST OUR EMAILS
Still not seeing our emails in your inbox? You might need to whitelist all emails from @phisigmasigma.org. This involves telling your email provider that you want emails from that sender to be allowed into your inbox rather than being filtered into spam. Find step-by-step instructions on how to whitelist emails with your email provider below. If you are using a school email account, check under settings for similar options. If you are unable to figure out how to whitelist an email address, contact your school's tech support for assistance.
04
USE A PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS
If you are using a school email address and are unable to whitelist @phisigmasigma.org emails (see directions above) consider adding a personal email address to your Phi Sigma Sigma account. You'll want to do this before graduation anyways to ensure you still receive our updates, so why not make the switch now.

Changing your email address under "My Profile" does NOT change your login credentials.
