Our virtual 5K course can be anywhere you want! Whether you run on a treadmill, walk around your neighborhood with your family or jog around the park with a sister.

In addition to our virtual 5K, a number of chapters are hosting their own 5K in celebration of Founders' Day! Support a local chapter by signing up to participate in their 5K either in-person or virtually. Missed your chapter's race? Don't worry, you can still show your support by making a donation or registering as a virtual participant.
