AIM Project: Leading Onself is a series of four live webinars focused on helping you grow as a leader. This program is open to all Phi Sigma Sigma alumnae and is strongly recommended for early-career professionals.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program consists of four live webinars. All alumnae who register for a live webinar will receive a pre-learning resource designed to support their learning during the live session.
Time Commitment: Sessions hosted every other week for eight weeks; 1-1.5 hours per session

Interested in participating in Leading Oneself? Each live session is open to the first 50 alumnae who register using the registration information below. Registration closes 3 days prior to the live session. Sessions will not be recorded, so you must attend the live session and confirm your attendance to receive your completion badge and certificate. If you register and do not wish to attend the live session, please cancel your registration to allow another alumna to attend.
We're thrilled to offer multiple opportunities to participate in each Leading Oneself session! Note: The Wednesday and Thursday offerings cover the same content, so please register for one date per session.

Session 4: Strengthscope
