Phi Sigma Network is online and designed to expand the powerful network members were promised beyond their chapter and immediate geographic community. By connecting alumnae and collegians through their industry, professional interests and experiences we amplify and scale our collective impact. Alumnae and collegians are encouraged to join and participate at any and every phase of their career!
HOW IT WORKS
Through the generous support of the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, Phi Sig Network is available to all members. It is a valuable member benefit that offers sisters the chance to give back through mentoring, pursue personal and professional growth, expand their networks and develop connections with other women who lead.
Phi Sig Network gives alumnae and collegians access to:

Searchable Member Directory: Find, connect and network with sisters based on education, chapter, professional background, location, industry and more. With built-in communication tools, members can easily message and connect with sisters in real time.

Mentoring: Collegians and alumnae can seek mentoring from their alumnae sisters. Sisters can identify specific ways they want to help and mentor others, which are then searchable for mentor matches. Members can search for mentors based on areas of expertise, job function, location and how they are offering mentorship (e.g. career advice, resume review, informational interview, etc.).

The Every Age & Stage Series is podcast a celebrating the evolving journeys of our alumnae — because sisterhood doesn’t end at graduation, it grows with you.
