A Founders' Day Message from Grand Archon Tess Stovall
Dear Sisters,
It is my honor to wish you a happy Founders’ Day! As I began thinking about my first Founders’ Day as grand archon, and what that means to me personally, I kept coming back to our saying, “Once a Phi Sigma Sigma, Always a Phi Sigma Sigma.” The decision I once made as an 18-year-old college student looking to make some friends and have some fun, became an always constant part of my life.
As we look to the future, it is more important than ever that we continue to reinforce and strengthen the walls of our pyramid. It is up to each of us to ensure that our sisterhood remains strong and ensure the perpetuity of our beloved Fraternity for decades to come.
Therefore, today I challenge you to renew those connections and help us strengthen the walls of our pyramid. Celebrate Founders’ Day by reaching out and reconnecting with sisters; committing to join an upcoming opportunity to meet new sisters locally or virtually; initiating a monthly gift to the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation or finding a way to give back by volunteering your time, treasure or talent.
Again I want to wish you a happy Founders’ Day! I look forward to all of our future accomplishments as a sisterhood and know that each of you will play an important role in our success and perpetuity. Once a Phi Sigma Sigma, Always a Phi Sigma Sigma.
