Meet the Educational Leadership Consultants

We are excited to introduce our 2025-2026 educational leadership consultants (ELCs). ELCs are responsible for working directly with Phi Sigma Sigma’s collegiate chapters and local volunteers to provide the best possible support and member experience for all sisters.

Kailee Joseph

Kailee is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and an alumna of the Delta Lambda Chapter. Kailee served as membership recruitment chairman, successfully leading her chapter through two consecutive primary recruitments. Outside of Phi Sigma Sigma, Kailee served as a residential advisor, where she oversaw a team of RAs and fostered a supportive residential community. Kailee lives in Montclair, NJ.

She is most looking forward to: “Growing connections with the collegians and supporting chapter and sisterhood growth!”

Jordana Keats

Jordana is a graduate of James Madison University and an alumna of the Iota Chi Chapter. As a collegian, Jordana held several leadership roles, including membership recruitment chairman and assistant membership recruitment chairman, where she helped shape a positive and engaging recruitment experience for her chapter. She also served as treasurer for her college dance team club, Madison Dance Club and was a member of the their competitive tap team. Jordana lives in Manalapan,NJ.

She is most looking forward to: “Traveling to new cities and helping members build their relationships within their chapters, while also welcoming new members into the Phi Sigma Sigma sisterhood.”
