Join us in congratulating our staff members on their new roles.

Effective this fall, Sarah Alonzo and Carrie Buente will serve the Fraternity in their new roles as Member Experience Managers. 

As member experience managers they will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the collegiate member experience with the goal of increasing engagement, affinity and involvement with Phi Sigma Sigma.

They will continue coaching their assigned portfolio of chapters, supporting the overall well-being, viability and perpetuity. They will prescribe and deliver educational programming to support board development, officer development and other leadership initiatives.
