Staff Update: Reese VanDerMolen Hired as Chapter Coach
Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters is pleased to share that Reese VanDerMolen has been hired as a chapter coach. Reese began working with Phi Sigma Sigma Headquarters in summer 2022 as an educational development consultant (ELC). Over the past semester, Reese provided in-person recruitment support, officer training and chapter operations support, visiting chapters across six states.
In her new role as a chapter coach, Reese will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of collegiate chapters and executive board officers. She will work closely with executive officers and advisors, providing administrative support, financial operations oversight and day-to-day coaching.
"We are excited to have Reese join our team of chapter coaches. Her vibrant passion for Phi Sigma Sigma and first-hand experience working with a number of our chapters this past semester will be a great asset as she transitions into a coaching role, providing vital day-to-day support to our chapter officers," said Executive Director Michelle Ardern.
Reese is an alumna of the Epsilon Iota Chapter at Bridgewater State University. As a collegian, Reese held several leadership positions including vice archon and risk management chairman. Additionally, she served her campus' Panhellenic Association as vice president of recruitment and vice president of programming. Reese was active in the campus community, serving as a tour guide and orientation leader. Additionally, Reese worked as a social media content creator for Bridgewater State University. Reese lives in Kingston, Massachusetts.
